Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 November 2026

1. Agreeing to these terms

Checky (“we”, “us”) means checky.gg and the Checky apps. By using Checky you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

2. What Checky is

Checky is an app for learning and playing checkers: games against bots, puzzles, lessons, openings and game review. You can use it for free, and an optional subscription, Checky Premium, unlocks more.

3. Accounts

You don’t need an account to use Checky. If you create one:

4. Checky Premium

5. Checky’s content and service

6. Using Checky fairly

Please don’t:

7. Who owns what

Checky’s software, bots, puzzles, lessons, artwork and text belong to us and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The games you play are yours to share.

8. No guarantees

Checky is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

9. Our liability

As far as the law allows, we’re not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Checky, or from not being able to use it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

10. Ending your use of Checky

You can stop using Checky, and delete your account, at any time. We may suspend or end your account if you break these terms or harm other people, us or Checky. If we do, any web subscription is cancelled.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we’ll update the date at the top, and we’ll tell you in the app about any change that matters. Carrying on using Checky afterwards means you accept the new terms.

12. The law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you also keep any protection your local law gives you.
